  • What is the Jelly-like substance on the outside of the diffuser?

    If you notice a jelly-like substance around your DualPool cartridge or in your skimmer basket, don’t worry, this is completely normal! It’s a natural result of the product interacting with water and will not harm your pool, liner, pump, filter, or surface in any way. It will naturally wash away as it’s consumed in your skimmer basket. Keep using as directed, your water is being treated effectively!

  • What's In It?

    DualPool is made of a patented, non toxic, environmentally safe, anionic based co-polymer blend. It is made with a proprietary blend of NSF drinking water ingredients, and it contains no copper, zinc, or silver.

  • How long does it last?

    DualPool releases largely based on the contaminants in the water(this may include source water). Many of our customers see over 8 weeks while the product is diffusing, with effects that can last all season. In some cases of extreme pre-application conditions or source water heavy with retrievable material, the product may be consumed much faster. If this happens, once the contaminants have been removed and the water becomes balanced, the product longevity will return to optimal levels. This may take a few applications. Many customers opt to run DualPool all year round and replace the cartridge every 8 weeks when its empty. This is recommended to maintain optimal year round water balance. Our subscription option runs on an 8 week cycle and saves buyers 25%.

  • How long does it take to work?

    With standard pool cycling (approx.5hrs), DualPool works very quickly, showing significant and lasting results in under 24 hours. There is no pool down time, DualPool is swimmer friendly. Install your DualPool and dive in.
